libgnomevfs2-extra software package provides GNOME Virtual File System (extra modules), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnomevfs2-extra
libgnomevfs2-extra is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnomevfs2-extra package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnomevfs2-extra *
You will get with libgnomevfs2-extra package name, version, architecture and description in a table
